Raspberry Mount

Here is my idea for a Raspberry Pi combined enclosure/mount so you can
bolt it to the back of your TV.

The English FA and FIFA are having a bit of a conflict over whether to
allow the English football squad to wear remberance poppies on their
football shirts at Saturday's friendly match against Spain. My idea is
to make the whole shirt into a huge poppy.

Roland Garos 2010 Final

One of the things that makes tennis such a great sport is the way the
scoring works. Match scores are only ever reported in sets. For
example today Rafa Nadal beat Robin Soderling 6-4, 6-2, 6-4. But the
score of games in each set doesn't tell you the whole the story. Here
is a different way to look at the match:

The chart shows the cumulative points won or lost by each player. You
can see how the first half of the match was quite evenly balanced, tending towards Nadal most of the time. However, at the start of the third game in the second set Rafa Nadal turned on
the pressure taking the cumulative score from 0 to -20 in his favour.
At which point he was winning 6-4, 6-2 : and 0:2 in games in the third
set. Soderling worked hard to fight back but Nadal kept the pressure
on for the rest of the match. Total points played = 181 Nadal won
100:81.

Last year one of the big Spanish beer companies sponsored the
production of a short (30 minutes) film called Universos "created" by
3257 people with the help of TV directors José Corbacho and Juan Cruz:

Wikipeli - which is Spanish for "Wikifilm" - has recently started the
collaborative process on a second film - directed by Spanish sci-fi
director Jaume Balaguero.

contributions - but at least there is something happening - unlike A
Swarm of Angels (http://aswarmofangels.com/) which seems to have died
from a surfeit of graphic design.
